GoldenYears provides in-home senior care in Bethesda, Potomac, Rockville and the Washington DC Metro area. This page explains what information we collect through goldenyears.info, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We know families often share sensitive details about a loved one’s health, and we treat that information with care.
Information we collect
- What you send us through the consultation form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), your loved one’s name, their condition or symptoms, and any comments you add.
- Messages you send us on Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, which are also governed by Meta’s own privacy policies.
- Basic technical data that any website receives, such as your browser type and pages visited, plus cookies set according to the choices you make in our cookie banner.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request and arrange your free in-home consultation.
- To understand your loved one’s needs so we can match the right caregiver and give you a fair price.
- To keep our website secure and working well.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use what you tell us about a loved one’s health for advertising.
Who can see it
Only the GoldenYears team members who coordinate care. We may use trusted service providers to run this website and deliver email, and they may only use the data to provide that service. We will share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide and document your care. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

- Ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us.
- Change your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie banner.
- Tell us to stop contacting you, and we will.
